Youth ministry is an important calling no matter what your role.

But for those of you who are Jr. High small group leaders there are special rewards in heaven for you.

Sure it can be challenging to keep a Jr. High small group on topic from time to time, but the real challenge is that it’s also this fast changing time developmentally, socially, physically, and emotionally for those students. And unfortunately they don’t all mature at the same rate 😂.

All that said, today’s conversation features three youth workers who have extra experience working specifically with Jr. High kids. And the great news is that they honestly have incredible stories to tell about what God is doing in the lives of the young people in their groups.

You can learn more about Deniel, Kiara, and Colin at their churches’ websites:

Kiara Moshansky: Sherwood Park Alliance Church
