Join with other youth ministry teams throughout your region as we launch into yet another year of youth ministry. We want to inspire, equip, and empower you for the sake of a generation.

Inspire: Have your heart, mind and soul inspired for the work we do. What you do makes an eternal difference. Enjoy worship and preaching directed at the heart of the youth worker.

Equip: Spend time with some of the best leaders in our nation and beyond to equip you for building faith in a complex world. We’ll have three learning tracks, Faith & Culture, Faith & Leadership, Faith & Practice.

Community: Join with incredible folks from all over who are doing the same work. Enjoy the greater community of youth workers, laugh together, grow together, pray together and have fun together.

WHAT WILL MY TEAM WALK AWAY WITH?

Your team will walk away inspired, equipped, empowered for this new ministry year. Youth workers and teams will walk away with an understanding of the importance of their calling, with specific tools that will help them engage kids intentionally, and encouraged by the greater community and experience together.
